Client: Wunderlich-Malec

Project Description: The Wunderlich-Malec Southeast Expansion Advanced Manufacturing Building project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art facility designed to support its expanded Modular Electrical Control Enclosure and Skid Fabrication business. This new building will feature cutting-edge technology and sustainable design practices to enhance productivity, innovation, and energy efficiency. The facility will include specialized manufacturing areas and flexible workspaces tailored to meet the needs of the rapidly evolving manufacturing industry. The expansion is intended to strengthen Wunderlich-Malec's position as a leader in Engineering, Systems Integration, Automation Contracting and Modular E-House Supply, providing increased production capacity to serve industrial customers.

  • Goodwill Headquarters

    Taking advantage of the high bay industrial character of the existing building, the renovation evokes a minimalist design aesthetic by creating open spaces that support collaboration and formation of community.

  • WorldMark Portland Waterfront

    New ground up six story 30,000 SF hotel in the heart of downtown Portland, OR. Project included a mixture of studio, one and two bedroom units, a green roof, exterior lounge, and fitness center.  

  • Skywalk and multi-level Healthcare Renovation

    Healthcare renovation project for Children’s Hospital in Omaha, NE.  The project included renovation and improvements of multiple levels and the construction of the “Skywalk” bridge adjoining two building together to improve logistics for the healthcare campus.

  • Nova Office Building and Tenant Improvement

    Large-scale mass timber building in Portland, OR.  This 60,000SF mixed use office building was constructed with exposed heavy timber construction. The project also included a full tenant buildout for a financial technology firm.

  • KPMG Portland office

    Multi-level tenant improvement project in a class A high-rise office tower.  Project included MEP systems, high end finishes, extensive audio and video system, and other amenities.
