Jennifer Gervais
Co-Founder & Business Manager
Jennifer Gervais is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. As a co-founder of Gervais Ventures, she leverages her expertise in analytics, business and financial management, and team performance to drive efficiency and ensure success across all facets of the organization. She has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, painting, and reading.
Nik Gervais
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Nik Gervais brings over two decades of construction industry experience to Gervais Ventures. From his early days as a carpenter apprentice to his roles as superintendent, senior project manager, and executive, Nik’s comprehensive expertise ensures seamless project execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. A graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Nik excels in collaboration, teamwork, and operational execution. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, hockey, and water sports.
Mark Fetterman
Project Executive
Mark Fetterman is a seasoned leader with a strong foundation in engineering and management, honed through his service as a U.S. Navy veteran and extensive private sector experience. With degrees in Engineering and Management from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a Master’s of Business from the University of Southern California, Mark brings a strategic approach to project execution and client satisfaction. His portfolio includes managing $60M Amazon logistics sites and leading the $20M Wunderlich Malec Engineering manufacturing facility project. Known for his focus on teamwork, continuous improvement, and client relations, Mark ensures successful project outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys personal fitness, home improvements, travel, and spending time with his family.
Christian Binet
Project Superintendent
Christian Binet brings over 20 years of construction expertise, specializing in managing high-value commercial and residential projects. Known for his organizational skills, communication, and problem-solving, he ensures safe, high-quality results delivered on time and within budget. Throughout his career, Christian has successfully overseen complex projects, including multi-building developments, large-scale renovations, and framing for assisted living facilities. He has worked with top companies like Live Oak Contracting, Balfour Beatty, and PCL, managing projects valued up to $100M. Christian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Université Laval and an Associate Degree in Farm Management and Technology. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, sports, and renovating homes.
Olivia Adams
Director of Talent and Growth
Olivia plays a key role in driving Gervais Ventures forward by identifying top-tier talent and shaping strategic growth initiatives. With a deep understanding of the construction industry and a keen eye for building strong teams, she ensures that Gervais Ventures continues to expand with the right people in place. Her experience in commercial construction allows her to align hiring and operational strategies with the company’s long-term vision.
