Co-Founder & Business Manager
Jennifer Gervais is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. As a co-founder of Gervais Ventures, she leverages her expertise in analytics, business and financial management, and team performance to drive efficiency and ensure success across all facets of the organization. She has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, painting, and reading.
Nik Gervais
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Nik Gervais brings over two decades of construction industry experience to Gervais Ventures. From his early days as a carpenter apprentice to his roles as superintendent, senior project manager, and executive, Nik’s comprehensive expertise ensures seamless project execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. A graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Nik excels in collaboration, teamwork, and operational execution. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, hockey, and water sports.
Mark Fetterman
Project Executive
Mark Fetterman is a seasoned leader with a strong foundation in engineering and management, honed through his service as a U.S. Navy veteran and extensive private sector experience. With degrees in Engineering and Management from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a Master’s of Business from the University of Southern California, Mark brings a strategic approach to project execution and client satisfaction. His portfolio includes managing $60M Amazon logistics sites and leading the $20M Wunderlich Malec Engineering manufacturing facility project. Known for his focus on teamwork, continuous improvement, and client relations, Mark ensures successful project outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys personal fitness, home improvements, travel, and spending time with his family.

As Chief Marketing Officer at Gervais Ventures, Jennifer Dodson brings a wealth of experience in branding, creative strategy, and marketing leadership. Jennifer’s strategic insights and creative expertise have been instrumental in driving growth and strengthening Gervais Ventures’ position across diverse industries. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys exploring creative pursuits, mentoring future marketing leaders, and engaging with her community.
