Jennifer Gervais provides overall leadership and vision for Gervais Ventures. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering (FL PE #103843), she brings an engineer’s precision to every aspect of how the firm operates — from finance and risk management to legal and HR. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and her analytical depth shapes how Gervais approaches every project and client relationship. She has built a team culture grounded in a simple belief: that how you treat people is as important as what you build. That belief shows up in every project the firm touches, and it is why clients, design partners, and trade partners keep coming back

Mark Fetterman is a seasoned leader with a strong foundation in engineering and management, honed through his service as a U.S. Navy veteran and extensive private sector experience. With degrees in Engineering and Management from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a Master’s of Business from the University of Southern California, Mark brings a strategic approach to project execution and client satisfaction. His portfolio includes managing $60M Amazon logistics sites and leading the $20M Wunderlich Malec Engineering manufacturing facility project. Known for his focus on teamwork, continuous improvement, and client relations, Mark ensures successful project outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys personal fitness, home improvements, travel, and spending time with his family.
